Limited Summer Programme 2020

07/31/2020 10:07
As I am sure you are all aware, we have had to cancel much of our summer walks programme.

However we are able to offer the following.

12th August: The Grange Field, SU826405, to be led by June Chatfield.   June intends to go ahead with this meeting, subject to the current precautions, including social distancing.  Also, she intends to hold an afternoon session, starting at 2 p.m., as well as the evening session (7.30 p.m.) which is already shown on the programme card.  Please can anyone intending to attend call her so that overcrowding can be avoided.

29th August: Moth morning at Chalkhill, South Warnborough:  The Raynors hope to run this moth meeting on August 29th (not the 28th as in the Programme) but they will do this only if the weather is forecast to be dry so that members can meet in the garden.  Also, bearing in mind that the current advice for car-sharing may be inappropriate in current circumstances, parking space at Chalkhill could also be an issue. Perhaps find somewhere nearby to park and walk to the house.   Anyone intending to attend should ring the Raynors to book attendance.

Contact numbers for the above are in the printed membership card.
